Foundation of a Quality Project - Planning
Prior to the shoot we conducted a site visit, meeting with client representatives to discuss the desired deliverables, tour the 44 acre grounds, determine optimal aircraft launch/recovery locations, review airspace considerations and coordinate with facility security. To ensure client comfort with our equipment and intended operations, we jointly planned optimal flight paths and shot angles to capture impactful content while minimizing the disturbance of local residents.
On-Site Operations - Safety and Versatility
Leveraging multiple aircraft, we safely executed more than five hours of uninterrupted flight operations on-site, shooting numerous customized high definition video clips. Coordinating with the client, we effectively captured the incredible campus features & atmospherics, while conducting numerous high altitude flights with minimal disturbance to the resort residents. While we fortunately did not encounter any technical issues, prior planning ensured complete redundancy across our full suite of aircraft and capabilities.
Final Deliverables
Ultimately our half-day package purchased by the client resulted in more than 35 customized, high definition video clips of their impressive property. Client integration into the team enabled their tactical direction of each shot and on-site satisfaction review. Shots were re-flown and modified as needed to incorporate client input and evolving requirements throughout the day. At the request of the client, all content was made available for digital download within 24hrs of the filming.
